CHROMIUM CARBIDE APPLICATION MACHINE

Purpose:

The installation allows the creation of wear-resistant acid-alkali-resistant chromium carbide coatings with a thickness of 5-50 microns

Application area: Automotive, energy, oil, mechanical engineering, nuclear, medical industries for applying anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coatings to rubbing parts, tools and units, as well as microelectronics and decor for creating anti-corrosion coatings and mirrors.

Advantages:

  1. Low capital and operating costs;

  2. The cost of coating application is lower than existing technologies;

  3. Low energy consumption – depending on the reactor 2-5 kW*h;

  4. Absence of contaminated wastewater, treatment systems, regeneration units, consumable related materials (adsorbents, filters, etc.);

  5. High application speed – 0.4 µm/min;

  6. In addition to metal, the coating can be applied to glass and ceramics;

  7. Competitive cost of covering 1 cm²;

  8. Pyrolytic chromium carbide coatings are 3-4 times more resistant to abrasion and corrosion than hard galvanic chromium coatings at comparable cost;

HYDROGEN CATALYTIC BURNER

Purpose:

Disposal of gaseous radioactive waste

Application area:

Nuclear industry

Advantages:

  1. No emissions into the atmosphere.

  2. Productivity of the initial coolant - 6 kg/hour;

  3. Provides purification from gaseous tritium;

INSTALLATION OF LOW TEMPERATURE
PYROLYSIS

Purpose:

The plant is designed for waste processing (oil sludge, oil-contaminated soils, drilling waste, acid tars, sludge deposits, cakes, fusses, rubber waste, plastic with chlorine content up to 5%)

Application area:
Reclamation of sludge pits; industrial zones; landfills; quarries.

Advantages:

  1. Obtaining a healthy product for nutrition;

  2. Continuous operation of the installation;

  3. Mobility;

  4. No emissions of toxic gases into the atmosphere;

CATALYTIC AFTERBURNERS

Purpose:

Neutralization of gas emissions (organic compounds) from industrial enterprises

Application area:

Breathing of oil pumping stations; cleaning of gas emissions from chemical plants

Advantages of the catalyst:

  1. Ultra-low content of precious metals (from 0.01 to 0.02 mass%);

  2. Low hydraulic resistance of the catalyst layer;

  3. High resistance to catalytic poisons;

  4. Possibility of forming catalyst layers of various geometric shapes;

SMALL-TONNAGE CRUDE METHANOL PRODUCTION PLANT

Purpose:

Prevention of formation of crystal hydrates during transportation of natural gas

Application area:

Oil and gas fields

Advantages of producing methanol at the field:

  1. No need for long distance delivery;

  2. No need to maintain a stock of containers for methanol production;

  3. No environmental risks during storage and handling, remoteness from populated areas;

  4. No need to build and maintain new transport terminals;

  5. Year-round production of methanol; Independence of the industry from external supplies;

  6. Reduction of warehouse capacity; maximum storage capacity is limited by the time required for periodic maintenance or repair of the unit; no more than 10-15 days;

  7. Reduction of the number of personnel involved in the methanol supply chain and use;
